What is the MLS?
MLS stands for "Multiple Listing Service". There are roughly 900 MLS boards across the U.S.Each board is owned and operated by the Realtor Association in each area. Under this arrangement, each member broker is allowed to share listings with other members so that greater exposure is obtained and a greater chance a sale will result. Only licensed brokerages and agents who belong to the state and National Association of Realtors are allowed to enter listings into the MLS. The MLS is the primary tool for Realtors to locate the right properties for their buyers.
With the rapid advancement of the internet, it has become easier for anyone to view MLS listings through IDX integration. With IDX integration, brokerages across the state as well as many other online search engines and real estate portals are able to integrate the MLS into their websites and allow all visitors to search the home listings within it.
Your listing will be entered into the MLS within 24 hours after receipt of payment for your listing. Immediately after Get Sold MLS Realty lists your property in the MLS, you will receive an email with a link to view your listing.
Your listing should appear in Realtor.com 48-72 hours after it is entered into the MLS.
Unlike other Flat-Fee providers we do not limit your pictures to 1 or 6. Instead, Get Sold MLS will upload as many pictures as allowed by the MLS in your area. This could be 8, 10, or 16 depending on your local MLS system. However, Realtor.com showcase listings will allow up to 25 pictures, and we will gladly upload them all for you! Get MORE with GET SOLD!!!

We will design your property website and publish it on the internet within 48 hours after you complete your order. We will send you an email with the link to your site. (Which would be hard not to remember because your website address is usually your street address dot com) The link to your site will also be added to your MLS listing, and then to your Realtor.com listing when your listing becomes active there. (48-72 hours)
If you have chosen the Premium Package your Realtor.com listing will have enhancements, one of which is a spinning house icon called a "FEATURED TOUR". When prospective buyers click on this icon, they will be able to view your Property Website.  Photos are the #1 feature buyers look for in a property listing.  With up to 100 pictures and even video of your home, (there are many more features!) buyers will surely not forget your listing!

Yes!  Agents will be happy to show your home if it is priced properly and if they are offered a competitive commission of 2.5 % - 4% or more.

Pricing your property is extremely important in order to sell quickly. The #1 reason listings do not sell is because they were overpriced. At the same time, you don't want to under price your home and sell yourself short. The price of your home is best determined by recent closed sales of similar homes in your neighborhood or in a neighborhood near and similar to yours. Homes may vary drastically even within the same neighborhood. Some homes have been maintained better than others, have different features or upgrades and have varying layouts and sizes, so the comparable sales should be chosen carefully. Get Sold MLS will prepare a Comparable Market Analysis for your home to help you determine your asking price based on active, closed and pending properties in your neighborhood. The Comparable Market Analysis is available at checkout for $25 or you may order one separately by visiting the Homepage. A Comparable Market Analysis is included in the Virtual Realtor Listing Plan
