By typing names below SELLER understands that this document will become part of the Listing Agreement signed by SELLER and BROKER and that typing SELLER’S Name below serves as an Electronic Signature which is the equivalent of a handwritten signature. Changes to Price or Commission made on this form also, in effect, changes the Price and Commission as described in the Listing Agreement. SELLER hereby agrees not to advertise the property at a lower price than as described herein. SELLER hereby agrees to pay the Commission amount as described herein to Cooperating Brokers under the terms described in the Listing Agreement this document is now being made part of.
